It has been a pleasure to collaborate with the film production company Netflix once again, in this case as part of the production of the series “I am Georgina”.
The documentary called “I am Georgina”, released on Netflix on January 27, 2022, portrays in-depth the daily life of the beautiful Georgina Rodríguez, influencer, businesswoman, and partner of Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the most important soccer players in the world of all time.
Located in the ranking of the most-watched programs on the Netflix platform, the documentary shows Georgina managing the raising and education of her children, managing the decoration of her home traveling the world and getting ready for attending the most exclusive events.
Georgina has proven that fairy tales exist. Her destiny has led her to live a rags-to-riches story:
Born in 1994 in Buenos Aires, the capital city of Argentina, as a kid Georgina and her family moved to Jaca, Huesca, Spain, were she grew up in the rural environment. She led a humble life when, according to her in the fifth episode of the documentary, she wanted to move to Madrid. Since she couldn’t afford it at the time, she worked as a waitress, where she saved money until she could move to the capital.
There she worked at Massimo Dutti, a company belonging to the Inditex group and in a bar on some Fridays and Saturdays. At the age of 22, her life led her to work at Gucci, where her destiny changed forever. When she left the store at the end of her shift, she ran into Cristiano Ronaldo.
After their first meeting, Ronaldo saw Rodríguez again as a Gucci client. Sometime later, they met again at an event where they connected. Her story began slowly according to the protagonists of the documentary in the first episode. In their next meeting, Cristiano invited Georgina to dinner and on the way to the restaurant, their hands touched, which was a special moment for both of them. The next day Cristiano invited her to dinner, and despite the fact that she had already eaten, she accepted without thinking twice. After this date, the relationship grew stronger. Meanwhile, she continued to work at the luxury brand Gucci where she sometimes arrived by bus and left in Cristiano’s Bugatti when he was going to pick her up.
Six years later, the couple is still together. They have a four-year-old daughter and are expecting twins.
Today, Georgina is the Spanish influencer with the most followers and in addition to being one of the 10 most influential women globally.
Unlike a Disney movie, their castle is the multiple mansions they own, their carriage is their jet, the yacht, or any of the luxury cars they own, among which we find the Bugatti, Mercedes, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, McLaren… and its princess dress could be a Prada, Chanel, Dior or Hermès depending on the day.
The city of Marbella forms an important part of the most fashionable documentary among Spanish viewers, as it is one of the couple’s favorite destinations for their vacations, their retreat to be able to rest and connect with the family. Everyone knows that the couple travels with their four children to Marbella whenever they can to enjoy a few days of relaxation.
In episode 6 of the reality show, Georgina appears in Marbella, where she receives an award for her charitable role in Starlite and celebrates the birthday of one of her closest friends at one of our villas available to rent in Zagaleta.
